The freight manager manages the entire process from
1) Procurement of freight rates
Charges such as:
- THC
- War Surcharge
- BAF etc
Can be created and applied to quotes as per the rules defined by the procurement
team.
2) Creation of a rate request by:
- Customer
- Sales -The rate request captures the relevant data related to the shipment which
are required to prepare a Quote.
3) Preparation of a Quote
Using the data provided in the rate request,
the sales person:
- all available rates.
- Select one or more option loading all earlier quotes sent to the same customer for
i) The same routing
ii) Different routing
- Edit the Rates.
- Review and edit the non mandatory notes.
- Add a header and footer to the quote
- Send the Quote.
4) Preparation of a Quote
The customer or the sales person can make the quote as successful or unsuccessful as

5. MRS
The Freight Manager provides a complete oversight to

It can also analyse performance of a customer for sales person by providing data in detail
